Search our most common questions, or browse by topic — everything about selling on AstroSell, from payments and delivery to storefronts, security and the API.
AstroSell is an all-in-one platform to sell digital products — license keys, accounts, services and downloads — with instant delivery, card & crypto checkout, and your own branded storefront. You keep 100% of your sales; there are 0% platform fees.
Anything digital: serial keys / accounts (one delivered per sale from your stock), services, file downloads, or dynamic items fetched at payment time. You can set per-product min/max quantity, images, descriptions and a post-purchase note.
Click “Start selling”, create an account, and your storefront is live instantly at your own subdomain. Add products, connect a payment method, and share the link.
No platform fees on sales. You only pay the underlying payment processor (e.g. Stripe’s card fees) or the network fee on crypto. Your margins are yours.
Card payments via your own Stripe keys (encrypted at rest), and non-custodial crypto — BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, SOL, TRX and XMR — through AstroSell’s own processor with a fresh address per invoice. Logged-in buyers can also pay with store credit.
No. Crypto checkout is non-custodial — funds settle directly to addresses you control (derived from your xpub or your static addresses). AstroSell never holds your money.
Yes — you can toggle a live crypto-price ticker on your storefront from Shop settings, showing the coins you accept.
Card refunds go through Stripe. Fraud tools (email/IP/country blacklists and invoice-bound delivery) help keep chargebacks low.
Instant. The moment a payment clears, the buyer’s key/account/file is delivered on the invoice page and emailed — usually in under a second.
No. Serials are claimed atomically at the moment of payment, so two buyers can never be promised the same key — and abandoning a checkout never consumes stock.
Yes. Paste keys in the dashboard, or use the REST API (an API key under /api/v1) — there’s a ready-made script to upload a .txt of keys, which you can even schedule to keep a product topped up. You can also show a “recently restocked” widget on your storefront.
Each storefront has its own order tracking — a buyer enters their invoice ID and email to re-open their order and delivery for that store.
Fully — your accent color, logo, banner, tagline, fonts, animated backgrounds, header layout, the top bar, and social links. Your storefront reads as your own brand, not a marketplace.
Yes. Point a custom domain at AstroSell and run your store fully branded on your own URL.
Yes. Connect a Telegram bot and toggle “Sell from Telegram” — your catalog mirrors into the bot so buyers browse and purchase inside Telegram, with delivery sent right back to their chat.
Yes — store credit, cashback, spend & order milestones, top-up bonuses, review rewards and referrals. Rewards only apply to real-money purchases, so they can’t be recycled.
Yes — fixed or percentage coupons with expiry dates and usage limits, scoped to specific products if you want.
Buyers can create an account per store to hold store credit, see their orders and rewards, and resume support chats.
Yes — a built-in Crisp-style live support widget. When no agent is online, a message becomes a ticket the buyer can follow from their account. Agents see the visitor’s location for context.
Yes. Create staff sub-users with granular permissions (manage products, add stock, edit the shop, orders, customers, marketing) — sensitive areas like payments and API keys stay owner-only. Every sensitive action is recorded in an Activity log.
Connect a Telegram bot + chat ID to get a message on every sale.
Email / IP / country blacklists, invoice-bound delivery, atomic stock claiming (no double-delivery), and rate limiting throughout. Payment secrets are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
A privacy-first proof-of-work check runs once in your browser to deter bots — no accounts, no tracking, no third-party scripts. It briefly uses your CPU and remembers you for 12 hours.
Public reviews are anonymous, and storefront order tracking only reveals an order to someone with the matching invoice ID and email.
Yes — a documented REST API under /api/v1, authenticated by a single key scoped to your shop. List and manage products, categories, coupons and warehouses, push stock in bulk, and pull orders and customers.
